FC25 Offline/Online delay PS5

During these past couple months I’ve been dealing with a Delay issue in FC25, players aren’t moving the way they should be moving, the movement is completely delayed, even while playing squad battles, online friendlies and kick off, I bought a controller thinking that was the issue but I was wrong.. nothing changed, I also bought an Ethernet cable but again, nothing changed..

I already reseted the console multiple times, rebuilt the database, and cleaned the cache but nothing changed again, games like Call Of Duty, Fortnite and God Of War (offline) are working perfectly, no delay everything is fluid.. the ping is good (20/30) so it makes it weird, I contacted EA support to see if they could help me, they told me to delete all the files, the delay was gone for like 15-20 mins and then it came back.. again, it’s a very frustrating and weird problem. I bought the game on launch day and it never gave me an issue like the one i’m dealing with now, I even downloaded FC24 (another game I bought on launch day and it never gave me issues at all) and I had the same problem, offline and online delay.. I already tried everything I could but I still can’t “solve” the issue.. I’d like to know if i’m not the only one having this frustrating problem, because when I play rivals/champs the disadvantage is HUGE. 

I’ve been playing FIFA/FC my whole life and I never experienced an issue like this, I’ve experienced lag a lot of times but never delay..

I don’t know if I should consider buying another console and selling the one I currently have, this console has no issues at all, the games aren’t crashing, it’s not overheating, the internet is not disconnecting itself.. it’s working smoothly so I don’t know what to do anymore.. it’s honestly frustrating
