I cannot reach EA chat

My account got hacked and transfer banned in EAFC and I am trying to reach EA help from live chat and through mail however they didn’t respond to my mail for 3 days and I cannot contact with EA live chat. I see the pop up when I try with not logged in, however when I log in (must) pop up is not showing up
