Xbox one speed up lag

Xbox one series x speed up lag every 5 minutes, can’t play a game constantly speeding up for 3/4 seconds frequently. Is there anything to fix this? My internet connection is really strong and have never had any issues until the new eafc 25. Losing interest in the game after investing a lot of time over the past 10 years
