EA FC 25 instantly crashes on match load and menu

Hello EA Support,
I'm experiencing a critical issue with EA FC 25 on PC. The game crashes instantly when trying to load into a match – without any error message.

Here’s what I’ve already done:

Fully reinstalled Windows 11 (23H2, clean install)

Clean installed latest NVIDIA drivers (RTX 4070 Ti, DDU)

Reinstalled EA App and EA Anti-Cheat

Tried DX11 and DX12 launch options

Disabled all overlays and background services

Ensured Documents folder is writable

No config folder or registry keys ever created

The issue:

No config folder at Documents\EA SPORTS FC 25

No registry key at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\EA Sports

Crash dump references Activation64.dll and dbdata.dll

ProcMon cannot be used – blocked by EA Anti-Cheat

Many other players have reported the same issue in the EA forums – especially those with RTX 4070/4080/4090 GPUs.
Please escalate this issue to the EA FC development team.
I can provide crash dumps and DxDiag if needed.
