FC 25 RANDOM FREEZING AND FAST FORWARD OR CRASHING ENTIERLY

When in game IN UT RIVALS OR RUSH the game randomly stops for +-20sec and fast forwards or the game freezers the entire pc.

In RUSH the game crashes entire PC

The specs of my pc is:

cpu:amd ryzen 7700x

ram:32gb ddr5

gpu: rx 6800

windows 11

But on my second pc this does not happen with the same internet connection, settings etc:

Specs of second pc:

cpu: i7 8700

ram: 16gb ddr4

gpu: rx 6800

windows 11

Any advice or help with this will be greatly appreciated 

There are no error messages etc.All drivers are upto date 

All other games work fine including FC24

I monitored the temps etc and all seem to be fine

PS: PLEASE EA, DON'T TELL SOME RANDOM GENERIC RESPONSE TO CHECK MY CABLES OR INTERNET OR SOMETHING
