fc25 refund
I just purchased fc25 few hours ago,
and after i tried for hours to start the game, it won't start after the fc25 splash screen and would go back to the ea screen. I went through a lot of solutions on the internet but i couldn't solve it, so i would like to get a refund for it.
im not sure if this is the right place to request it, so if i should post it or request it somewhere else, please tell me

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble launching FC25 and that none of the solutions you've tried have worked. If you'd like to request a refund, you can request it using the Refund tool. There are steps in our EA Help guide on refunds that'll help guide you through it:
If you have games that qualify for a refund through the EA refund policy, log in to your EA Account. From here:
- Open the Refund Tool.
- Find and select your game.
- Select the reason for your refund request.
- Confirm your refund payment method.
- Select Confirm and submit to complete your refund request.
Once you submit your request, the status of your refund will appear beside your game, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with further information.
