I send this to appeal the case 

Today, I received the data I requested from the EA privacy team and asked them to explain the exact reason for my ban. In the first email, it was only stated that I allegedly cheated, but nothing was explained in detail. After today’s email and the data I received, I am still clueless as to why I was banned.

Could it be due to the new logins from the Companion App starting on December 22, 2024? I was on vacation in Istanbul, Turkey, from December 22 to December 31. If the issue is related to the multiple IP addresses during those days, this would explain the changes. In today’s email, it was also mentioned that “cheating” includes non-compliant handling of FC points or coins.

However, I have only ever used the FC points from the preorder. I have also never had any issues with my coins. I have no idea which transaction could make them think I cheated. My best players included Stam and Mbappé, both of whom I purchased legitimately.

I bought Stam on December 6 for 1,100,000 coins and sold him on December 12 for 1,718,000 coins, which was in line with the market value at the time. Additionally, I bought Mbappé on December 17 for 2,350,000 coins, which was also the market value back then.

I have not made any suspicious purchases in the Companion App, the Web App, or on the PS5. The different IP addresses starting on December 22 are simply because I was on vacation outside the country. Therefore, I cannot understand why I was banned by you or by the anti-cheating software. I assume this software made a critical error.

I kindly ask you to thoroughly review my case and provide me with the exact reason for the ban. Was it the purchase/sale of Stam? Was it the purchase of Mbappé? Were the different logins in the Companion App starting on December 22 the issue?

I have no idea and am certain that I made no mistakes on my end, whether intentional or not. I have been playing FIFA/FC since FIFA 15 on my PS3 and have never received a warning, ban, or anything similar. I would never risk my account.

I would be very pleased if the ban could be lifted so that I can play FC 25 again and enjoy future titles as well. It is often heard that some players are mistakenly banned or only get a transfer market ban (which has also never happened to me). All of my purchases and sales in FC 25 were always at the given market value.
