EA FC 25 doesn't connect with EA servers
I have a specific problem and don't know what to do, as I have already researched and checked all possible causes and have been able to rule them out. The EA FC 25 menu has not been loading properly for three days. I have closed and restarted the game several times, restarted the console and the router, established the connection both with Lan cable and via WLAN and fail every time. The game itself starts, but then can't seem to connect to the EA servers. Even deleting the game and reinstalling it has not helped. Following a tip from chat support, I also deleted the game files (updates, settings, saves etc.). The system software is up to date and the game itself is also up to date.
I keep getting the same two error messages:
- “Your online connection has been interrupted. Please check your home network. You will not be able to access the online features of FC until you can connect to the EA servers. More information at ea.com/unable-to-connect.” and
- “The EA servers are currently unavailable. Please try again later. More info at ea.com/unable-to-connect.
even though I know the servers are working and my home network is not the reason.
What can I do to fix this?
