HALFTIME HISTORICAL ENCORE PACK EA FC 25 - NO ICON OR HERO

I bought an Halftime Historical Encore Pack few hours ago and in the description it says it includes a guaranteed Encore Hero or Icon. I bought the pack and opened it and I didn't receive any hero or icon
