Failed to launc game I'm getting error :(

When I launch the game, I get the error "Some features are disabled because the EA App was launched from another app." at the top of the EA App. The game failed to launch. An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again in a moment. I get the error please help me I want to resolve it now.
