Splash screen ea fc 25

Dear EA,

I purchased EA FC 25 on Steam a few days ago. The first time I installed and launched the game, it worked perfectly fine. However, the next time I tried to play, the game froze on the splash screen and wouldn’t load. Since then, I haven’t been able to enter the game.

I’ve followed various tutorials to fix the issue, but nothing has worked so far. When I verify the integrity of the game files through Steam, it tells me that three files are not okay. After Steam automatically repairs these files, I was able to enter the game once, but after that, the issue returned.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?
