Re: Unable to connect, platform client.

Hello Im trying to connect to FC 24 but it keeps saying:

” In order to access the inline features for this title you must be signed in to Play Station Network and you must be signed in to EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect”

it happens every time I try to log in. It does say I am connected to PSN and the wifi is fine. Not sure what to do.

  • Same problem here. Last night I did leave an online (ultimate team) game unattended and forgot to turn off my console afterwards so I dont know if I got temporarily suspended or something.

    Me too, can't connect to EA servers. Something to do with Platform client or something

    I have ATT and can’t connect. Checked with friend on Spectrum and they say it’s working fine 

  • Also having this problem, have At&t too and i thought i read that other people in FL were having this issue.

    Was able to connect using my phone hotspot (phone is NOT ATT), still can’t connect using home wifi (ATT). Soooo by process of elimination….its an EA/ATT thing 😆
