DirectX error suddenly appeared – FC 24 crashes on every match
Hello, I've been playing FC 24 without any issues since last year. The game was always stable and working fine. However, since yesterday, I started getting a DirectX error every time I try to start any match or game mode. I didn't change any hardware or game settings. My system is fully updated (Windows, GPU drivers, etc.), and I'm using an RTX 4070 Super. I’ve already tried verifying game files, reinstalling DirectX components, and resetting the settings folder — but the problem still occurs. Please let me know if there's a fix for this issue. Hi, I'm trying to play EA FC24 online on Xbox Cloud Gaming but I always get the following error: You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more. Some things that I already tried to fix the problem: - Tested on my desktop PC using Chrome, Edge, Firefox. Tried using Wi-Fi connection and ethernet cable on my home network, and tried to use my mobile phone network. None of them worked. - Tried on my work laptop using Chrome and my home network via Wi-Fi connection, and using my mobile phone network. None of them worked either. - Tried using my own laptop using Chrome and my girlfriend's house connection via Wi-Fi connection, and it worked, so I brought my own laptop back home and tried to play on my home network, worked for some matches and then after closing the game, I tried to play again after some hours, and got the same error now. - Tried on my mobile phone (Xiaomi Poco X4 Pro on Android 13) using my home network and the carrier network, both of them worked flawless. In addition, I used Better xCloud on every Chrome test.Match wont start, the logo keeps rolling and music plays
Hi! I download FC 24 on my EA app today. I am being able to get to a point where match loads but the logo keeps rolling and but the match doesn't start for some reason. It's not a black screen because the logo rolls at the bottom in neon. Please help. Also, the installation ended with an error that latest anticheat was not installed so I installed it manually. I used the repair function as well but that didnt help.Can't connect to server issues
Hi im having an issue where i cant connect to the ea server on ps5. i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and that didn't work, I have checked my internet and playstation network and there perfectly fine. I have tried talking to ea about it and they suggested posting here. Has anyone else had this issue before a lnd resolved it? It's been like this for 2 days now.Luton Town's stadium is in silhouette.
When Luton Town plays at their home stadium, Kenilworth Road, players and fans are silhouetted. This issue occurs when the game is played at night. It works fine during the day or evening. This issue occurs in all modes. ※I have attached a photo of the problem.Game stuttering
I bought this game from steam and i can launch it through steam but the game just stutters while I am playing matches and basically just freezes for a moment when I try to pause the game or any corner/ penalty cutscene occurs. I tried browsing local files and run the game as an administrator from there but same issue. I have tried lowering the graphic settings and the temperature is also just fine on high graphics too. I tried all other methods including reinstalling the game and reinstalling the ea app but nothing came out of that. Also, i have no problem launching and playing other games on my device. I usually play only offline modes so i don't get why has this been happening.Cutscenes and corner kicks lag
Tried various combinations of settings but can't seem to fix the corner kicks and cutscenes lags. It's so frustrating when I lose all the time to set up my corner kick as it is just stuck and then it gets back to normal. Same with the cutscenes of celebrations or start of a match. I don't know why I would have to anyway change any settings as my laptop specs are far more superior than the minimum requirements for the game. I am running a 13th gen i7-13700HX processor on 16gb ddr5 RAM and a 6gb RTX-4050 ddr6 graphics card. I haven't been able to launch EA FC 24 from steam for over 6 months now. I purchased it last year in November. As a matter of fact none of the games associated with EA which I download using steam are launching on my PC. I have tried literally every solution available in the discussion and articles all over the place but nothing seems to fix the issue. I can't even request a refund as I was playing it initially and the play time has exceeded the limit for refund. I myself have raised this issue multiple times on Steam discussions but either no one replies or they reply with very generic solutions like restarting the app or the system. The issue is definitely from EA's side because I am easily able to launch other games like eFootball which are not associated with EA. But on trying to launch EA FC 24 which I purchased for Rs.3500 right when it launched or The Sims 4 which is available for free it just doesn't launch. I click on the Play button on the steam app then it gives the EA window saying "Preparing Game" and then it closes automatically after a few seconds and the game doesn't launch. I have already raised a request earlier here but I didn't get any reply. I am looking for a solution desperately and this is testing my patience. I need someone to personally look into this issue with me so that even you can be sure that I am following the correct steps for potential troubleshooting steps and I need this urgently. this has wasted almost all the time for me and now as EA FC 25 launches my game will not be maintained by EA anyway. Please think of the loss that I am bearing and provide support urgently.
