Unable to connect to EA server
As I begin with a good day of winning in a rows but ea decided to not let me win the other game. As this may sound unnatural but when I play the streak game always it's shows ea server unable to connect but my connection is good. I don't know what the problem evey other game works fine but only this game works like this. Because of this many easy game were easy given forfeit and when I log back it says the connection wasn't strong. Please fix this issue or a bugs always come to my game.
EA Sports FC 24 closes silently at main menu – Secure Boot & TPM enabled
Hello, I am reporting a persistent crash issue with EA Sports FC 24 on PC using the Steam version. The game launches correctly, EA AntiCheat initializes without visible errors, the splash screen completes, and the game reaches the main menu, but after a short moment in the menu the game closes silently with no error message or crash dialog. This happens on every launch. My system is correctly configured with Secure Boot enabled, TPM 2.0 enabled and ready, Windows running in UEFI mode on a GPT disk, and the game installed on an NVMe M.2 SSD. EA AntiCheat is installed correctly, the service exists, and it loads during startup. All local troubleshooting has been fully completed including full game reinstall via Steam, EA App reinstall and recovery, EA App cache reset, complete EA AntiCheat uninstall and reinstall, reset of the local Documents profile folder, verification of correct Steam to EA App launch order, clean system restarts, BIOS verification with CSM disabled and Secure Boot enabled, and TPM verification via tpm.msc. The issue persists exactly the same after all of the above. The crash occurs only after AntiCheat initialization and after reaching the main menu, which strongly suggests a server-side or EA account cloud profile issue rather than a local configuration problem. EA Support has indicated that the game behavior is server automated and that further local troubleshooting is not applicable. If other players are experiencing similar silent menu shutdowns on PC, especially with Secure Boot and TPM enabled, please reply or upvote so this can be linked to an existing internal issue. The FUT service is currently experiencing a high volume of server traffic
I'm getting this error on EA Sports FC 24 trying to enter ultimate team: "The Football Ultimate Team service is currently experiencing a high volume of server traffic. Please try again later" Weird thing is if i try to go into Volta Football it says that i'm not connected to the internet, which i am. This only happens in these modes, i've tried online seasons and it works fine, i even went on Madden NFL 24 and got onto Ultimate Team and a H2H game. I have Google DNS on, i've opened ports on my router, i have restored licenses, can somebody help me?
EA app says “game not installed” when the game is installed
I had to reinstall windows which means that I had to delete everything. I have an ssd which has fc 24, along with the normal hdd which is where I installed the ea app. I downloaded the ea app but when I open it, it says I have to redownload fc 24 instead of simply launching it. When I go the ssd in file explorer and click on fc24.exe, the ea app says “game not installed”. What do I do?
Can't access online for FIfa
Hi, There is an issue with my online status saying thay I can not access the server and that it is down. I have tried all the troubleshooting but this has failed. My online play subscription is up to date so I am looking to speak to someone to see if they can resolve the issue. Thank youFC24 Clubs Playoff Reward not received
On October 31st, I completed the playoffs with some friends. We managed to finish first place in the elite division. The whole clubs gamemode was bugged and no one could access it until it was fixed in December. I was excited to claim my 130000 volta coin reward so I logged on to FC24 clubs and the prompt to claim my 130000 volta coin reward appeared. I claimed my rewards and to my surprise, my volta coin reward of 130000 didn't carry through to the volta gamemode. It is very frustrating knowing I put a lot of time and effort to finish first place in the elite division playoffs which is no easy task to not be rewarded with what was promised. Please help.
"You have lost your online connection"
Have not been able to play ultimate team for a week. On any device. The message "you have lost your connection" ect. Everything time i play the game on any device. It doent matter if its my Xbox or tablet or even my phone. Its actually never worker on any of my other devices except my Xbox, but now not even thats working. I've reset my modem I've rest some of the connective settings, and nothing helps.

Bonjour, Je possède FC24 mais je ne trouve aucun objectif permettant de gagner de l’XP sur FUT. On m’a indiqué qu’il fallait passer par le “Hub FC24”, mais cette option n’existe pas chez moi : je n’ai rien du tout concernant l’XP. Et il n'y a pas d'objectifs journalier et de la semaine pour avoir de l'XP. On parle d’atteindre des paliers, mais comment obtenir l’XP nécessaire s’il n’y a aucun moyen d’en gagner ? Jouer uniquement à Rivals et Squad Battles, même en terminant régulièrement parmi les meilleurs, demanderait plus de vingt semaines. Merci d’ajouter ou de rétablir des objectifs permettant de progresser normalement, car dans l’état actuel il est impossible d’atteindre le niveau final et d’obtenir le succès associé. Je joue sur STEAM / EA APP.

After that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but this time I was asked to log in with Origin. I do not have an Origin account, and Origin has already been shut down. I had previously experienced the same issue in Battlefield 1, but unfortunately I cannot remember how I solved it at that time. I also do not know what solution I should apply for EA FC 24 now. this game is so unplayable that i almost shot myself on new year’s day because it’s been a week since i been having problems playing seasons. players won’t run move or anything. i have a 1000mbs internet. if this game is going to slow down because of the new ones. i’ll kill my self to avoid buying future games. please fix!! omg
