fc24 final match cant save
I’m running into a frustrating issue in EA Sports FC 24. The game saves properly up until the final match, but it fails to save the actual result after the whistle blows. After the final is over and the tournament ends, clicking forward just kicks me back to the main menu without showing any saving options. Every time I reload, the game acts like the match never happened and forces me to play the exact same final game all over againDraft kept glitching
I built an online draft using fifa points i bought (300) but when i tried swapping players it would say error and kick me out of UT. I spoke to an advisor and they told me its because i had different versions of the same player (92 and 96 Carlos) ao it caused a glitch. This was annoying but i was still able to play. I got to round 3 and before starting i contacted support to see if this issue could be resolved as ideally i wantedto move playersaround. I was given 3 options and one was for me to forfeit the draft myself and id get base level rewards by clikcing square (which i couldn't find on the screen), so the advisor reset remotely. What i wasnt made aware of is doing this causes you to lose the draft, lose the points, not packs and not eligible for a token. Im not without all this when i could have either played on got packs or left mid match and got rewards that way. I was then told there was nothing that could be done. I felt quite hard done-by as i wasnt made aware of this, ive had a draft reset for no reason it seems
No option to upgrade to PS5 Version
I recently bought a ps4 disc copy of Ea FC 24 because of the flexibility with the ps5 upgrade option displayed on the box. But now after installing it on my ps5 I don’t see any option to access the upgrade. Ive tried the three dots, I’ve searched the ps store (ea fc 24 is no longer on the store) and I’ve searched the in actual game menu. I am lost and would appreciate any help, thanks.Please help with the shard bug problem in fc mobile
I asked for ea's help on June 20, 2026, because I got a bug that really hurt me, namely in the event of the nation story part 2 that I had to get 1000 fractions, but I only got 950 fractions. please help and cooperate ea, I've tried to restart my device and tried to log in again but can't produce anything
Unobtainable "On the Way Up" Trophy in EA FC 24 (PS5)
Hello, I am contacting you regarding a technical issue in EA Sports FC 24 on PS5. I am trying to earn the "On the Way Up" trophy, which requires reaching Level 7 in a VOLTA or Clubs Season. However, because there is currently no "Live Season" active in the game, the progression bar is stuck at Level 0. Even when I play matches and earn SP, it does not count toward any level. This makes the Platinum Trophy impossible to obtain for any player who didn't finish it last year. As a dedicated player and trophy hunter, I am requesting that the team: Add a permanent/infinite "Legacy Season" to the FC 24 servers. Or, trigger a refresh of the seasonal timer so progression can resume. Many players in the community are currently facing this issue. Please escalate this to the game team so we can complete our trophy collections. Thank you.
Display problem in FC24
Hello, I am experiencing a glitch with FC24 on PC that occurs after selecting the profile in the EA app. When starting the game, the camera zooms in millimetrically abruptly, showing only a very enlarged portion of the screen. This makes the game completely unplayable, as I cannot interact with any in-game menus or functions due to this abnormal enlargement. Here are the relevant details: Platform: PC EA Software: EA App Actions taken: I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the problem persists. I have tried adjusting graphics settings in windowed and full screen mode without success. I have also checked the integrity of the game files and run repairs through the EA App, but the problem persists. This problem is seriously affecting my ability to play and enjoy the game, so I would really appreciate your help in resolving it. Input freezes for 5-20 seconds randomly
Hi, I'm experiencing a persistent bug in EA SPORTS FC 24 on PC where controller input freezes completely for around 5 to 20 seconds every few minutes. The last input before the freeze is held (e.g. my player keeps running in one direction). It happens in both online and offline modes, in menus and in-game. This is not a hardware issue — I've reproduced it with many different controllers, and neither has issues in any other game. Troubleshooting I've already tried: - Disabling the EA App overlay (though it still appears despite being turned off in settings) - Closing Steam before launching - Fullscreen and borderless windowed modes - Checking Device Manager for ghost controller devices - Unplugging non-essential USB devices - Disabling EA Anti-Cheat None of these resolved the issue. It's been happening since I purchased the game in 2023, and it makes the game really frustrating to play. I found many similar threads here & on other forums with the same issue but no solution. Contacting EA support, the agent said they can't help me and referred me to this forum...
"Failed to submit challenge" on Webapp
Hi EA, I'm unable to submit the SBCs inn FC24 on the webapp, with an error message saying unable to submit sbc, but im able to submit sbc on the actual game as well as the companion app. I checked with live support and they have confirmed that I have no existing bans whatsoever on my account and this is due to a bug in game.

EA FC 24 - HDR lowering brightness of the game
Hello, Im playing the new FC 24 on PC and I have MSI G274QPF-QD monitor with HDR. Anytime I turn on the game while having the HDR turned on too, the game display brightness is lowered and I dont understand why. The game just look washed and gray. The only fix I found was turning HDR off then turn on the game and then turn on HDR. Any other fix so I can have HDR turned on everytime? There is no other game causing this, just ea fc 24. Also when I wanna search something and click windows button, there is this pause with black screen, also just this game have this issue. The game looks normal in the little window btw. Only fullscreen or bordeless fullscreen is causing lowering the brightness.
[PS4] FC 24 - Unable to connect to EA Servers (2FA issue)
As the title suggests, if my EA Account has 2FA enabled, I'm unable to connect to the EA Servers on FC 24 (PS4 Edition). I have recently formated my console (to eliminate corrupted files/local cache), I've renewed the linkeage between my EA Account and my PSN Account, even gone as far as renewing the 2FA token. Nothing works out. The only (temporary) fix is to disable 2FA, which I won't do to not make my account vulnerable. I don't have other EA titles on PS4 to test it out, but on PC (Steam) I'm able to connect without any issues because upon launching an EA Game, the app pops up a request to trust the device. Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you solve it? I found support unhelpful because the related topics don't mention this specific issue and, AFAIK, there is no option to open a support ticket.
