Game keeps crashing and freezing!

On PS5 for the past 2-3 days game has non stop been crashing, freezing, taking forever to load. I've tried everyhting I can think of, checked internet connections 100 up and down so theres no issue with the interne still reset the internet, then i deleted the game and reinstalled which also didnt fix the issue, i also reset my whole ps5 deleting everything and reinstalling fc25 still didnt resolve the issue.  

when i load up fc the connecting to ea servers pops up then freezes before loading the main menu and stays frozen for a good 2-3 minutes. After the main menu manages to load in i'll try to load up ultimate team and again it would take a long while to load, sometimes even show an error message saying you must be signed in to PSN etc even tho im online signed in to PSN and connected the the servers. when i manage to laod up ultimate team, i cant edit my squad or go into SBC's or Evos, eveytime i try to load my club searching for players the game would freeze and take 2-3 minutes to load players. when i try to load up rush mode a message pops up saying "making sure youre connected to the internet" like what? im signed in to PSN and the EA servers? its doesnt even make sense, i can barely play with my friends.

I payed £90 for the ultimate edition and this is what ive payed for???? the most broken half arsed game ever and this is what you produce?? a game that doesnt even run properly??? let alone all th bugs that already exist within the gameplay??? like did you guys never even test run this game before releasing it???
