Received a gold card for a player during an event

Hi,

I’ve just noticed gold card for Marcus Thuram in my players. I’m not 100% sure when exactly I received it but I believe it happened during the current campaign of ultimate succession. I don’t know how to confirm that from the app but here’s a screenshot  attached below
