EA loot boxes, Scripting and inconsistencies in rewards from game modes

EA Sports appeared before a UK parliamentary committee in June 2020 regarding their Ultimate Team mode and its inclusion of loot boxes, which some view as a form of gambling. The Digital, Culture, Media, and Sport Committee questioned EA about the mechanics of loot boxes.

EA defended the feature, describing it as "surprise mechanics" and argued that they were not equivalent to gambling.

EA did mention Kinder Eggs as part of their defense of loot boxes. EA's legal representatives compared loot boxes in FIFA Ultimate Team to surprise toys found in products like Kinder Eggs or collectibles like Hatchimals. They argued that the concept of purchasing something without knowing its exact contents was similar to buying a Kinder Egg, where you get a surprise toy inside.

At least with a kinder egg the value of what’s in the egg is consistent throughout, I have grinded this game something awful even tho it’s completely broke, spent nearly 300 pounds on points this month and got nothing, This weekend I sent EA in an instagram message complaining about the RGN system as it was affecting my keepers (I mentioned Courtious by name)and not having fair games, 1 hour later I open  FUT champs rewards I packed back to back untradeable Courtious (who I already have untradeable in my team) coincidence? 

I then backed back to back Lyon goal keeper Endler, before then my gold 1 rewards in squad battles I also packed endler while people who do not play the game as much as me nor put money into it have packed Bellingham twice, Mbappe, Valdere and so on. The game is broken, RNG is broken (screen shot evidence and plenty of video evidence) there is no consistency and 79% of players I have packed 88 rated or over have been a keeper or a female player worth nothing. I’ll be emailing this over to my MP you in the hope they will be re called back as loot boxing systems are still an active conversation, sort this out EA and get a grip.
