The New Pepsi promo question

When I try to redeem my pepsi max code, it doesn’t work. It says that the code is invalid and needs to be 12 characters long but my codes are only 10 characters long. I bought two bottles and both have 10 characters only. What may be the issue? 

I am having difficulties receiving my Pepsi codes in the app. I did one code perfectly. Entered on website then opened Ultimate Team with no issues. I proceeding to submit a further 4 codes on the website but now when I open ultimate team, it doesn't give me the rewards. I notice when I click accept, there seems to be another pop up for the other pack to accept but it quickly dissapears, presumably there are 4 pop-ups overlapping eachother but no awards are provided. 

How do I fix this?

Same here, I bought 5 pepsi max cans and I cant use a code from single one. Is it some sort of bug where only "normal" pepsi codes work?

I got only one pack with kits and one 400xp reward despite redeeming all 5 codes ☹️. Please help.
