No, you cannot transfer UT progress/bonus from one platform to another (i.e. in your case, PC to Console).
I don't mean any cards or current progress, just the club information (eg. now my club says Est.2014, if I move to console can I keep that or would it say Est.2025), and by bonus I mean the bonus associated with having bought the previous version of the game (like the Zidane evolution this year)
