Yooooo! This is the problem! I had the same problem as all the other posters. You have to have an Adult Nintendo Switch account AND and Adult EA Games account. Frustrating, but we're playing right now!

Hi, did you have to factory reset to remove the child account? I’m having the same issue with my son’s switch and FC24 ☹️

What steps did you follow please ?
I have checked the ea account and the nintendo account and both are adult accounts. I get on the green loading screen and carnt get any further. I have tried all the step by step troubleshooting steps and still can't seem to get anywhere with this.
