Hey @OlkanDolkan,

If you've already redeemed the code, it may help to try clearing the cache on the EA app to see if the game shows up normally in the library afterwards. 

If you're still not seeing your game and it was originally purchased through the EA app, you can contact our support directly so they can take a look at the actual transaction to make sure there weren't any issues.

If this was purchased through another retailer not listed below, you'll need to speak with their support instead regarding a replacement for the code you received.

    @EA_Mako I cant contact support I cant find it I have search for hours now. I have clear the cache multiple times and I cant get the game. I canceld the download and It dissaperad so the code was not wrong. I need someone to contact me please ☹️

    @EA_Mako Another retailer cdkeys.com but as I said the code worked like it started downloading then it dissapeard, i redeemed it in the EA App. I reported this problem with id number: c135752c-f69c-4adf-ba47-ca8d5bd11e20 if that helps

    Hi @OlkanDolkan,

    While you may have been able to claim the code, if it's not showing up in the library afterwards that points towards an incorrect version of the game being provided with that code.

    In this case you would need to reach back out to the retailer to work with them on getting a replacement as we're unable to assist with purchases not made through a retailer in the link above.

    @EA_Mako They answered this: We are aware that some of our customers have encountered challenges even after successfully redeeming their EA FC 24 PC codes. We have received information suggesting that the issue may be related to EA Servers. Therefore, we kindly request you to try clearing the cache in the EA App. Here's how you can do it:

    Open the app.
    Click on 'Help' in the top left corner.
    Select 'App recovery.'
    Choose 'Clear cache.'
    Afterward, log out of the app and then log back in.

    The issue is not the key or whatever. The issue is that the EA app is horrible. how about accepting this fact instead sending us back to retailers.

    I apologize for this message but when I put in my code for EA FC 24 it started downloading and I unwittingly stopped it and now I don't have it anymore. Can you help me with this.

    did you find any solution i have the same problem i only recieved the preorder add-ons but not the actual game

    @EA_Mako Its not the retailers fault its the apps fault. How can you blame your forum saying i own the game on the retailer. I went to install it and it wouldn't install for a start then had to troubleshoot that which caused it to disappear. The solution you gave doesn't work either.

    You need to wait 3-4-5 days. Ea will put the game automatically in your library. Check your library every day!

    I have had exactly the same issue as described above, code accepted, download failed and so far the game has not appeared in my library, will wait a few days before raising with EA support in case it arrives.  I tried clearing the cache, relogging etc etc

    If anyone has a fix for this then please let me know

    EDIT : @cainerau99 is absolutely right, the game just appeared in my game menu after 3 days
