Cant test it in the game, but in mobile companion also this error ☹️

I have tried web app and companion app both say the same thing so annoying want to open my other packs.

I’ve had an error on the companion app to witch I can’t open a player loan pick, this in turn made me miss the global 100 player pack, being away from my ps5 this is very unfair fix it please ea

how to resolve the problem?

Im having the same issue, and I cant buy the preview pack that I opened which has a totw in it

Have this issue too. Can't open any packs anywhere. Can't believe how long it's taking EA to fix...it's just unfathomable a business the size of EA whose main aim is to sell packs to make money is this poor at resolving. It's mind blowing!
