PLEASE RESPOND EA : My Cosmetic Evo Mo Salah causing game crash CE-108255-1

This is the fourth time I posted this issue in the forum, because my previous post were not responded or deleted for some reasons. 

Yes, I have game crashed like many other players, and I have tried all the trouble shooting steps. Deleting the squad and create new one from companion app seems to work BUT every time I choose to put my Cosmetic Evo Mo Salah or when the player selection reaches the page having the mentioned card, it crash instantly. 

PLEASE EA, many players are having the game crashed for many reasons. Please respond and please address the issue seriously
