CONSTANT HIGH PING ON SPECIFIC MULTIPLAYER GAME MODES

I am only experiencing constant high latency on seasons & co-op seasons. My Ultimate team mode seems fine

My ISP cannot see any issue there side. And they want to know how to retrieve the IP address I am being sent to while playing a game

Could the issue be sitting on Fifa side routing my IP addresses to other than the approximate location. (Bare in mind, my settings is YES for approximate & cross play)

PLEASE ASSIST! 

I have done all kinds of troubleshooting and lots of back & fourth with my ISP. 

Please fix my seasons & co op seasons mode and route me to the closest servers
