Wrongfully Banned from EA FC 25 – No Evidence, No Explanation, No Support
Hello EA Community,
I’m posting here out of frustration and disappointment after being wrongfully banned from EA SPORTS FC 25 without any proof or clear explanation from EA.
My account was suddenly banned, and I immediately reached out to EA Help for clarification. Despite sending multiple appeals, screenshots, and even a video of myself playing the game (recorded from behind to prove it was me), all I received were copy-paste responses telling me the decision would not be reversed — without ever being told what I actually did wrong.
I asked basic, fair questions:
- What rule did I break?
- What match did it happen in?
- What evidence do you have?
I was given none of that. Just silence and rejection.
As a paying customer, I believe I deserve:
- A manual re-investigation by a real person (not just an automated system).
- Proof or logs of what triggered the ban.
- A direct, one-on-one support agent to discuss my case in good faith.
The worst part is that they’ve already closed my case and said they won’t respond anymore. It feels like they took my money and just silenced me — no transparency, no fairness, no respect.
I’ve been playing FIFA since the early days. I’ve spent time, money, and passion on this game. To be banned without reason, then ignored, is simply unacceptable.
I’m sharing my experience here to warn others and to ask:
Has anyone else faced something similar? How did you get real help?
If EA is listening, I ask again: please do the right thing and give me a fair review of my case.
