Re: Pre-Season Objectives missing

Carryover rewards earned in Ultimate Team ‘23 will be available in EA SPORTS FC 24 after launch on 12 October 2023. All carryover rewards earned will need to be redeemed within one month by logging in to Ultimate Team in EA SPORTS FC 24 by 12 November 2023. Players who earn carryover rewards but do not log in to their new Ultimate Team before this date will not receive their carryover rewards.

    Hello,

    I didn't get my pre-season rewards I claimed in FIFA 23, I am 100% Sure I completed at least the News Era SBC's  and the Join the Club Objectives. I closed EA FC two Times and restarted my Konsole but I still haven't got them.

    Pls Fix

    I have completed every mission in the FIFA 23 pre-season event and I do not have ANY rewards on my account, please fix the issue and credit me with the missing content.

    @jpfranks2001 Well none of us have received the rewards that’s the point and it’s the 13th now. Ironically all content creates have got them…… coincidence? We have all did the objectives in fifa 23 for a reason. For once sort this out in a timely manner not continue to post content that we cannot do without our owed packs!!
