Re: when will i receive reward for pre-ordering fc 25
I just pre-ordered via the PS5, but there's no reward for EA FC 24 present. Do I need to do something?

- @DeanAjax20111 I have the same problem, i also pre-ordered via the PS5 in the PlayStation store. But i also have 0 rewards in FC 24.
Great stuff from EA, as per usual (sarcasm) I raised this with EA help and they referred me to PSN support as the pre-ordered was made on their store. I spoke with PSN support about it and they said that it says next to it 'sold separately' which means it will be available on 20th of September lol. I questioned this as it makes no sense to give an item for FC24 when FC25 gets released and asked for a refund.
Think I’ll just get a refund
