My bad, i figured it out. Its hidden under the "select edition" button and does not appear as seperate page for the ultimate edition. Thanks for the help anyway. This button i wasnt able to find on the website tho.

hi, i cant buy the ultimate edition through the ea app it only says standard edition, tried looking on the website for some answers and found a link to buy the ultimate edition on the website, but when i click on it it brings me to a link to buy the standard edition... i have like 3-4 years the ea pro membership... please help

Did you find the solution ? i have the same exact problem the ultimate edition is not on the ea app so i can't pre download it.
nope, not yet , its hard to get some help, trying to get some help via the chat and a case ...
Go on the ea app, press 3 lines at top left,
press: Help -> App recovery -> Clear cache.
Then the select the standard edition. The "select edition" button should now appear.
This worked for me.
