In the 'disclaimer' on the official website it says that other commentary languages are available for download. They are not. Please provide.

i've only english and some asiatic langauages
Thanks for the help, but I frankly don't care about workarounds. On the official website it says that additional languages are available to download. They are not. I want to know wich of the two is wrong, and why. And I'd just like the option to switch between all different languages for commentary in the menu, like in most previous FIFA's. How hard can it be to implement this via an adon in the EA App?
