If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.

@EA_DarkoI’ve ran system file checker and it doesn’t find any errors. I’ve also reformatted the windows multiple multiple times with a clean installation. So what errors are showing on my dx diag? You’d need to be more specific so I can take a look at them.

I understand there’s errors but how do you expect the average person to fix all these issues? I’ve reformatted my pc yesterday and it clean installed windows. Same thing in my new dx diag. So i I don’t see how this can be with a fresh copy of windows? 

Hey @Arns11 if you reformatted and there continue to be issues and errors showing up in the DxDiag then this could be an issue with how you installed it.

We can't get into the nuance of your DxDiag with you, we can guide you and make suggestions but system issues are something that you need to troubleshoot.

@EA_Darko so if i have reformatted my pc with a clean install of windows & deleted all partitions so its a clean install. Since then only downloaded EA app and Eafc 24 why am i having troubles still? it's a brand new PC. What do you suggest i do? I play on windows borderless, no limit on fps, all graphics and crowd settings on LOW. Vertical sync off, Dynamic resolution scale OFF. Cut scene quality half frame rate. Strand based hair off. What suggestions do you have to make the game run better? i have game mode turned on in windows. everything in nvidia control panel is defaulted. I have a 280hz monitor.
