If you had purchased a code from a retailer not on the trusted reseller list here, you'll need to reach back out to the retailer where that was purchased if the code hasn't resulted in coins appearing on the account after 24 hours.

If those still haven't shown up after that point please get back in touch with CD keys as we would not be able to assist with codes purchased through them.
