You specify Intel UHD graphics, that does not meet the below system requirements: 

OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit
Processor(AMD): AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2 GHZ
Processor(Intel): Intel Core i5-6600K @ 3.50GHz
Memory: 8 GB
Graphics Card(AMD): AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
Graphics Card(Nvidia): NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
Direct X: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent (feature level 12_0)
Online Connection Requirements: 512kbps minimum internet speed. Internet Connection required to install and play.
Hard Drive Space: 100 GB

    I am out of touch with the GPU generations. I thought the AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB is quite old and my Intel UHD graphics would at least match it.

    Now I'm thinking of getting a new PC for the EA FC24 game. If I get a PC with AMD Ryzen™ 5 5500U CPU and integrated Radeon Vega 7 graphics chipset, is that good enough for FC24?

    To conclude on this, I bought a new PC - Minisforum HX99G. It has AMD Ryzen 9 CPU and a AMD Radeon RX 6650M GPU. FC24 kickoff mode works on this new PC.
