Re: EA FC 25 Closed Beta Issue - Wrong Platform

So last year, I received a FC24 XBSX code and this year, I've received an xbox one code... no problem, I'll give it a go anyway... or not. Load up the game, tries to connect to servers, kicks me off the game. Rinse and repeat. Not a sniff of communication on any platform. Just fix the beta and resend the codes. Please and thank you.
