Missing 9000 SP! " Hourly Limit Reached" bug prevents Season completion.

Hello everyone,

I need the community's help to get EA's attention on a severe and widespread bug affecting the Season Pass progression.

I have completed ALL currently available Season Pass Objectives that reward Skill Points (SP). However, over the last few days, I have repeatedly encountered the frustrating "Hourly SP Limit Reached" error message upon objective completion.

The critical issue is this:

  1. The system is failing to award the SP when this hidden limit is reached.
  2. I have lost approximately 9000 SP in total due to this bug.
  3. Because I have completed every single objective, I now have NO way to earn the missing 9000 SP, which means I CANNOT reach the final tier and fully complete the current Season Pass.

This is incredibly frustrating. There is absolutely NO warning about an "hourly limit" before we start grinding these objectives. If I had known, I would have paced myself differently.

To EA Support (If you are reading this): This is not an isolated incident. I have seen multiple posts from other players reporting the exact same "Hourly SP Limit Reached" error and the loss of thousands of SP. This confirms the bug is widespread and severely impacting the entire community's ability to complete the Season.

I urge everyone else experiencing this bug to please comment below with your platform and the approximate amount of SP you lost!

We need to make enough noise so that EA urgently investigates this core system bug and manually credits the missing SP to all affected players. We put in the time; we deserve the rewards.

    I am playing on the ps5 and I also experienced this issue. The points for the last the challenge did not count, because of the hourly limit.

    I have the same issue I’ve completed almost the whole season pass exept the last three because of that hourly limit. I lost around I would say more than 10k because I completed all of the objectives and don’t have all of the rewards. EA please fix this by either providing a warning before the cap will be reached or saving the points and giving them back to us after the hour. Like over time give us the points we earned playing.

    I have the same issue and the last two levels 29 and 30 didn't complete after appeared the same message.

    I have contact with support by issuing a case and by chat but they didn't help immediately and they are acting like this came to their knowledge just right now.

    They said that they will upload to the social any progress for this or I can contact by chat with my case number to find out the progress......has anyone any news about the this or if he had any solution...???

    From what I’ve researched, this has been a known and reported issue since at least mid-September. Acting like this is new is probably standard procedure, so it doesn’t feel like they don’t care about FC25 now that FC26 is out.

    Did they ever fix it? Anything new about this? Because it happened to me also so if you are waiting for 2 months I'm assuming they aren't doing anything about it. And when i said I'm getting this into a legal suing bringing everything into courtroom they left the chat. Without any explanation. I wrote how is this lawsuit gonna go down and the support just said "am i still there?" Like they were pretending i got disconnected however i wasn't. He didn't even wait for me to reply he just left immediately after he asked am i still online? 


    I have 4 more conversations all saved in which they are running away whenever i bring up a lawsuit. One of them even sent me a sketchy link after the conversation which ended him running away and leaving me a phishing link with a survey.. www something with ea.my.site.com . It doesn't sounds anything official like an ea link and this link was sent to me on the official support live chat ea site. They are a bunch of Indian scammers working as a support i guess they are cheap to pay.

    Same issue for me on PC (Steam).

    I've been screwed yesterday, after redeeming 13.500, I lot the next 4.500 so now I cannot finnish the pass and unlock the achievement/trophy on Steam :/
