Just had a chat with one of the agents and they mentioned this. It's somewhat frustrating that we're heading to a week without getting an update from EA on their socials or whatever also considering that it's a "bug" in their system.
they said the same thing 48 hrs ago and 48 hours before that so no real support from them at all
If that guy is calling it a bug..it doesn't make sense, then it means they need to release an update to the game to fix it....It doesn't seem like support themselves know what's happening hence the silence and lack of updates.
Just my thoughts on the matter...
If we were based in Vancouver, the issue would’ve been solved instantly. It’s close to a week now and our servers have not been fix or received any form of communication from EA. This is atrocious and not a way to treat customers. Why must we beg for updates on a daily basis? If you not going to fix it refund us. People around the world are playing normally but we are in the dark.
Agreed bro. The fact that we have to beg for an update and we still get radio silence is just sad.
Yeah, it's really frustrating. Considering that a lot of gamers have even been tweeting them "begging" for updates but they would rather post about other games, or Vini Jr POTM. Nothing about the issues we're facing. And the "bug" part doesn't make sense at all it's like they train their agents to give us generic responses.
The game and servers are independent of each other or rather should be independent of each other. The update can't/shouldn't affect the server. And why would it affect only one region? Also they wouldn't update one server but all of them at once as to make sure everyone gets the same experience regardless of the country.
Its really unbearable when they match you withsomeone in the UAE that has >10 ms ping. I got creamed 7-1.EA dont care about us lads.
Guys I'm playing at SAUDI ARABIA on Middle east servers also I have the same problem.
Ping is starting at 100 to 400.
I even deleted the game and downloaded it again but nothing changes.
EA FIX YOUR GAME OR WE WILL LEAVE THIS TRASH FOR YOU.
