Re: Epic Games EA FC 24 is not launching

I am an Epic Games user, and I purchased your game through the Epic Games Store. However, when I attempt to play the game, it appears to start up, the Epic Games screen appears, but the game fails to launch properly. It seems like the game is starting from the EA app, but it does not work from the Epic Games launcher. I have played the game for approximately 150 hours, and I noticed that this issue occurred after the latest update. Despite formatting my computer several times, the problem persists. I have come across many individuals online facing the same issue, and despite trying various solutions, none have worked. All I want is to enjoy playing a sports game that I derive pleasure from both playing and watching.

Your game used to function smoothly without any issues. I have played all your titles from FIFA 16 onwards, except for 17 and 19. I encountered similar issues with FIFA 23 and FIFA 22. However, these problems became more frequent after the introduction of the EA app. When Origin was the primary platform, I only encountered issues a few times, and they were easily resolved with community assistance. However, I am struggling to resolve this issue now.

Please consider addressing these launch issues with an update. I genuinely love this game, but these recurring problems are quite frustrating. I hope you take my feedback into account.
