@8azgn718ag5s The promotion rewards can only be claimed once per division. If you were in that division earlier and got demoted you don't get the reward when you get back up again.

My problem is that I didn't receive the rewards at the first promotion in each level
- @8azgn718ag5s Unlikely - but contact customer service by the in game settings menu, tell them you have content not received and they can check for you
- @8azgn718ag5s Also - I think that screen shot is the end of season reward, not the promotion reward
