So, I've just come across this problem again, luckily enough though, all the way to the right is the small ""done" checkmark, that takes you back to the item selection.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this hair style about a dozen times now and it still says it's invalid.
Is there anything I can do to fix this so that I can actually use this style and also change this style's colors or patterns?
I know it's been a looooong time since this thread was started, but I'm sure everyone after me would like to now how to actually SOLVE this issue, instead of "working around it"

Sadly, when I tried that. It wouldn't work, the checkmark was just not doing anything..please help!
@FeebyWeeby This thread is pretty old, and the game has changed in the intervening years. So some of the troubleshooting has changed as well. It would help if you could describe exactly what's going on with your game, and what steps you've tried so far that haven't helped.
I'd really like to see a dxdiag on your computer. That will cover a lot of ground all at once. You can run one and attach the results to a post here.

Please also list the packs you have installed, and whether you use any mods or custom content as well. It's fine if you do, but it can make a difference, especially with CAS issues.
