Please, help me EA! (RED EXCLAMATION)

Hello! I've been dealing with this issue for over a year now. In my game, if I hold the ball in defense for more than 5 seconds, a red exclamation point appears and the game takes control and kicks the ball away, causing me to lose possession. This has been happening since the Copa event. I haven't seen anyone else talk about this or experience this interference. I've played against opponents who held the ball in defense for much longer than 5 seconds and nothing happened. I feel like I'm at a disadvantage. I've lost many games because of this issue, as losing possession often leads to the opponent scoring on a counterattack. I contacted EA for help with the game once. They told me it was an uncommon behavior and said they would look into it. They never got back to me.

Just now, I played a match and it happened again. The game doesn't give me time to get out of marking. It takes control, kicks my ball away, and I lose possession. It messes up my entire game. Just one time of moving the ball from side to side in defense, and that's it.

I want to know if anyone from EA can give me a simple answer. Can this be fixed? Do I have to create a new account? Does anyone else have this problem?
