Well you can wait for some roommate to die, 7 died in my dorm, it was really depressing. You can buy a tent (if you have world adventures) or a sleeping bag (if you have generations) and just sleep outside the building that you're going to have class in. If you don't want to play by the 'rules' then you can use cheats, open the cheats bar, type in testingcheatsenabled true and then teleport (shift click on the ground at the place where you want your sim to go) your sim to classes.
