sims 3 store serious issue
Subject: Unauthorized SimPoint Usage and Duplicate Purchases – Request for Support
Hello,
I recently purchased 24,000 SimPoints from The Sims 3 Store. With those points, I bought 4 different worlds which cost a total of 13,000 SimPoints. I should have had 11,000 SimPoints remaining, but none of them are visible in my account.
When I checked my purchase history, it showed that each world was purchased twice, even though I only bought them once. I have attached a screenshot showing this issue.
Also, it is not even possible to buy 4 worlds with only 11,000 SimPoints, which clearly indicates a serious flaw in the system. I don’t understand why my SimPoints were spent on something I didn’t purchase.
The EA support team has unfortunately not helped at all so far. I am requesting that this issue be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
