Subject: Unauthorized SimPoint Usage and Duplicate Purchases – Request for SupportHello,I recently purchased 24,000 SimPoints from The Sims 3 Store. With those points, I bought 4 different worlds which cost a total of 13,000 SimPoints. I should have had 11,000 SimPoints remaining, but none of them are visible in my account.When I checked my purchase history, it showed that each world was purchased twice, even though I only bought them once. I have attached a screenshot showing this issue.Also, it is not even possible to buy 4 worlds with only 11,000 SimPoints, which clearly indicates a serious flaw in the system. I don’t understand why my SimPoints were spent on something I didn’t purchase.The EA support team has unfortunately not helped at all so far. I am requesting that this issue be properly investigated and resolved as soon as possible.Thank you.Best regards

If you're seeing duplicate purchases on your account, that can be refunded by the live support- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account and billing details to get this processed.
Please reach out to live support again by submitting a new help request on the site here- I'd also recommend attaching this forum conversation when you reach out so the team has further details to reference on this.&nbsp;
