I think you can find it through one of the below:
- click on the icon of a folder and is called "collections" while you're in buy/build mode. It should be in the area of the blueprints. You should be able to find a little folder called "store content" or something related to the word "store." Search the items there and you should find the TV.
- Right at the end of the catalouge of build/buy mode, you should find a little "sorter" - it's a bit hard to describe but you should find it. Once you've found it, select store content and then just go through all the places a TV supposedly should be (to then put everything back to normal, click on it and then press the all button)
- Look in the "sort by function" under entertainment.
- Look in the "sort by room" under the living room and then under the TV's.
