if you have origin downloaded to the computer then try log into your origin account from the desktop with your email and password in the my games tab if the game icon is there right click view game details or click on the i a window should pop open with the code
I have the Sims ShowTime games for years now. I just got a new computer and I started downloading them and notice the code is gone. my son must have got to it.

@jeaapagan04 Was the game shown in Origin. If so once the pack is activated in Origin the code will no longer be required. The code has become what it was intended - an activation code. Once a gameis activated, that game is locked to the account in use at that time. No more codes to keep, no more discs to maintain, no more which disc do I use - all you have to do is maintain youor Origin account.
