Sims 3 supernatural Product Key
I had to take my computer into best buy because i accidentally smacked it with my sabre and it stopped working, so they had to put in a new hard drive or whatever (erased everything on my computer and i wasn’t able to save anything) so i had to reinstall my Sims 3 base game and supernatural but when i got to the part where I’m supposed to put in a product key for my supernatural i typed it in and it said its already been used and now i can’t register it on my origins or Sims 3 account........i don’t know what to do please help!
Sims 3 supernatural not showing up in origin, I have tried to register my supernatural game in my Sims 3 account but again it says the same thing product key already been used…… but my supernatural is not showing up that I have it on the account. I only have 3 of the four games showing up on origins, my base, ambitions and pets. I also have Dragon valley but that shows up in my sims 3 account and not origins. I have the Cd version for dragon valley and supernatural plus the product key with them and I bought them new.
