you can use a cheat to remove the moodlet if it's stuck save your game before trying ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together hit enter in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in testingcheatsenabled true hit enter then hold ctrl+shift and click on the moodlet you dont want then turn the cheat off

ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together hit enter in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in testingcheatsenabled false  (although for some people it's to remove the moodlet it's ctrl+click )
