Problem with downloading all expansion packs on new PC on the same account

The problem is that I can't download my Sims 3 expansion packs on my new computer WITH THE SAME EA APP ACCOUNT. I can only download the base game, and when I try to install the expansion packs, I get a message saying "this code has already been redeemed." I have all my expansion packs on CDs on my PC. I only have one EA App account with the same phone number and email address. I should also add that when I downloaded the EA App to my new computer, the old number of hours played was displayed, meaning it's still the same account as before. Please help, I'm a Sims 3 addict and can't live without my expansion packs anymore. I MUST PLAY THEM. Thank you in advance for your help. I've also had the base game for The Sims 3 for over 10 years (since 2015, I think). Please help this sad player. I've attached a photo below.

  • Wiktoria1984  You can't register codes a second time, even on the same account, but you shouldn't need to do so either.  Click Sims 3 > Manage > Manage add-ons.  Do your packs show up there?  If so, you can download them without needing to enter a code.

If your DLC doesn't show as owned, you'll need to contact EA customer support.  Take a photo for each pack showing the disc, its case, and the product code (clearly readable); you can submit these when chatting with support.

I would strongly recommend live chat rather than email.  If you don't see the option, choose a different category of issue, and/or make sure the location within your browser window is set to U.S. or U.K. so you get the usual English-language support options.
