Re: are there resorts in edit town?
@katelynk005 I didn't see any premade resorts in Edit Town either, but other things you could do are:
Change an empty lot to Resort, and place out already done rooms from Blueprints in Build Mode (the Blueprints icon looks like a goniometer).
Have your sims buy an extra house and revert it to a resort by clicking on it choosing that option. You would have to place out the required items.
Copy/Export an already built resort from a different world and import it for your own personal gameplay in your choice of world. One example: Rflong, a well renowned world builder, has resorts in the world Beach City (no third party CC):
Make a request on a resort lot, to builders. The DNA Team have a good reputation, and uses no third party CC. This link is for their master thread, where they always link to the current month's thread:
But the feature of running a resort is built on continuously upgrading the lot with new items, so unless you really want just a fully upgraded lot from the beginning, this is kind of the gameplay of it. More info here:
