Scammed by a supporter?

So, the other day i made an upload about an expansion pack (Into the future) that doesn't work.
This has been a 2 year old long issue. I have since then followed all kinds of instructions from ea supporters, links and so on. 

Today it turns out that it has been deleted and something about chargeback, which are something that i didn't do at all. I have even checked my bank account there's nothing about repayments there. 

With other words it seems like the game is lost forever. And now i actually feel scammed by ea support. Cause this happened after i switched over from origin to the ea app. 

And now i wonder, where can i take this further? Because this is not ok at all. Should i get punished for something that i didn't do? And having this very same issue for two years without anyone even told me about this? 

What do i do now about this? Cause i don't like losing money for something i'm innocent about. And certainly not losing my game either. I feel stressed out, and badly treated and scammed by which ever supporter that might be responsible for this. The supporters in the chat isn't helping at all. I really don't know where to post this either. 

Thank you for your answers before hand. I pretty much want this reported.

    RinOkumura123​ Thanks, it sounds like the code you purchased was flagged and removed from your account- I'm afraid here on the forums we wouldn't have details on what happened as we can't access your account details or billing information. 

    You'd need to contact the retailer directly for more details on this purchase, and for a potential refund or replacement code.

    I would if it was that easy, but that store shut down many years ago, there's no possibility to do that, no one in the supporter cares to give me any answers even
