@agmerk When you uninstalled Origin, you might have missed its cache files. Clearing these could help.

If you want to try uninstalling again, here's a guide on how to remove everything Origin-related from your computer. (Use "the hard way."

Keep in mind that it sometimes takes a few hours, or maybe even a day, for a purchase to show up in your Origin library. If you still aren't seeing it though, you could contact EA to make sure that the pack was added to your account and not someone else's by mistake.
