- @Bluegayle yes same cant do anything iam just lucky ive never uninstalled them just cant use my new one i bought yesterday but ive read from many ppl that the ea app has messed up their sims 3 game so i switched back to origin i still dont understand why they change from origin to this new programm origin was fine and at least worked properly

@Bluegayle I agree, this change was decided and enforced by EA, before this our Sims 3 game worked fine with the EPs and SPs, that we already paid for and are still entitled to.. I hope that EA does the right thing and repairs the EA App quickly so that the game functions properly with the EPs and SPs.. The Sims 4 works great, with all the DLC that comes with the game.. The Sims 3 deserves to be serviced as well..

Hi, I have the same problem, on the new EA App, I'm able to download the Sims 3 base game, but I can't install the DLCs, it says "something went haywire, an unknown error occurred, restart the EA app and try again, or reach out our support team for help". I tried uninstalling the app and the game, restarting the pc, but the same problem happens again, I want to play Sims 3, I really wish they fix it soon
