Nope.

The game code is only good for one game unlock on one account.

The best you can do, is to allow him to share your Origin account and thus play the game when you aren't on the account.  Sorry to say, I haven't read EVERYTHING in the use agreements, so this may not be technically allowable, but since it will only let one on at a time, it is probably doable.

Best thing would be to buy the game again for him and just have 2 complete games, one for each account.
